Hi, I’m Aria - a yoga teacher, breathwork and meditation facilitator. It’s so lovely to have you here.
At the core of my work is a mission to help others reconnect with themselves - mind, body and soul.
I’m passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness, meeting you wherever you are in your practice.
Beyond titles, I’m a playful, curious soul who finds joy in nature, pottery, dancing and exploring the world. But nothing grounds me more than the warmth of home, loved ones and the self-discovery that begins on the mat.
My yoga journey started unexpectedly - as a corporate lawyer navigating high-stress environments across Australia, the UK and Hong Kong. After letting my mental and physical health take a backseat, I stepped into my first yoga class and experienced a profound shift. That moment changed everything.
In 2024, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with MoreYoga in London and since then have immersed myself in mindful movement, breathwork and meditation, fuelling my passion to empower others on their own journeys of self-discovery.
It’s my honour to share the gift of yoga and mindfulness, creating spaces to reconnect, restore, and find balance in today’s fast-paced world.

Swap the desk for the yoga mat and bring the team together - yoga, breathwork and meditation practices are an incredible way to encourage wellness at work, to relieve stress and tension and to calm the soul. Choose from 30, 45 or 60 minute yoga classes, in person at the office or online, or design your own programme.
