✸ A B O U T   M E

Hi, I'm Aria - a yoga and mobility teacher and breathwork and meditation facilitator. I'm so glad you found your way here.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple wish: that you feel at home in your body. Movement, breath and the quiet in between have been some of the greatest gifts of my life, and sharing it with others is something that I don't take lightly.

My own path to the mat wasn't a straight one. For a long time, I was living more in my head than in my body - pushing hard, burning through, and calling it productivity. Something settled the moment I stepped onto the mat. Like my body had been waiting for permission to exhale.

Since then, I've fallen deeper and deeper in love with movement in all its forms - yoga, pilates,  breathwork, mobility and flexibility training, calisthenics and strength training. I love to explore, to question, to keep learning. That curiosity lives in my classes too: spaces that are welcoming and playful, where we move with intention and leave a little more connected than when we arrived.

My teaching has been shaped by some wonderful humans along the way, including Helen Russell-Clark and Katarina Rayburn (rocket yoga / progressive ashtanga vinyasa and the art of assists), Jo Phee (yin, yang-to-yin and anatomy), Sabrina Kelly (mat pilates) and Rebecca Hannah (flexibility) - and it keeps evolving, just like the practice itself.

Off the mat, you'll probably find me in nature, dancing badly, or wrapped up in the warmth of good people.

Movement, breathwork and meditation practices are an incredible way to encourage wellness at work, to relieve stress and tension and to calm the soul. Choose from 30, 45 or 60 minute classes, in person or online, or design your own programme.
